Hextern keeps a stable core that holds the direction, the method and the responsibility. When a project calls for a specialist skill or more hands, we bring in whoever from the Network can add real value to that particular piece of work.
Project
A concrete need arrives, with its own goals, constraints and timings.
Scope
We define the activities, responsibilities and depth the work genuinely requires.
Skills
The Network is consulted only for the profiles that match that scope.
Team
Availability and terms are confirmed before the working group is assembled.
A curated network, not a list of freelancers: people join when they bring a recognisable contribution, and responsibility for the result always stays with Hextern.

When a compatible project comes up, we get back to the profiles that suit it best.

Activities, timings, availability and terms are agreed for that project.
Applying ≠ being hired
The Network does not collect applications for open employment positions.
Network ≠ assignment
Being in the network does not guarantee projects, and being contacted does not oblige you to accept them.
