The published prices are the starting point for the most common solutions. Features, content, integrations and complexity can move both the investment and the timings: before starting, we always define what will be built, what is included and what it costs.

The build
Each figure says where a project with well-defined characteristics begins. Larger projects are estimated against their actual features and requirements.

Systems with several modules, roles or critical integrations are built in phases and quoted against the agreed roadmap. Mobile applications always belong here: scope, platforms and store publishing vary too much for a single reference.

When the analysis involves several systems, processes or sets of documentation, the activities, outputs and investment are defined before anything starts.
The timings are indicative and run from the agreed start date. Materials, revisions, integrations and external suppliers can extend them.

For e-commerce and software, management starts at Evolve because the level of technical responsibility is higher than for an informational site. Systems with particular infrastructure, traffic volumes or requirements are sized separately.

A live automation keeps working on its own, connected to services and systems that can change. Keeping it running takes different checks from a website, so its management follows separate plans.
Any third-party services, APIs, licences and usage-based costs are agreed separately.

Not everything has to become a subscription
Monthly plans exist where there is something to keep running. Where there isn’t, we don’t use them.
Logo, coordinated identity, copy and materials are normally quoted as one-off projects.
Content creation, video editing and social media management follow their own formats, built on volume and frequency.
Technical support is billed at €50 / hour, with no recurring fee. Larger pieces of analysis become a project of their own.
Before any management
15 days of post-launch support included on projects that go online or into production. After release we stay available to check that what was built works properly, to deal with any faults and to clarify how to use what has been delivered.
Going live, the final checks and the initial support are part of the project.
Process analysis, development, testing of the agreed cases, activation and the initial check that it works are part of the project.
Once that phase ends, ongoing management stays a choice.
New features, or work outside the agreed scope, are assessed separately.
Once the included support days end you can carry on yourself or with another supplier, without signing up to anything. If you later want a piece of work from Hextern, it is assessed and quoted against what is asked for.

No. The build and the ongoing management are two distinct services. You can have the project built with us and then run it yourself or with another supplier: the fee only applies if you want to hand hosting, maintenance and support to Hextern.
Once that phase ends you can start a management plan, request individual pieces of work when you need them, or carry on by yourself. None of the three affects ownership of the project.
Yes. You can move up as the project grows and down when it needs less support. The change is agreed together and applies from the next billing period.
Because they are systems that work, not pages that sit still between visits: orders, payments, data and integrations carry more technical responsibility than an informational site. Core is designed for websites and landing pages.
Because what has to be watched is different: runs that fail, credentials that expire, external services that change their rules. A website has none of those, so automations have plans of their own.
